I’m super sensitive to pain and get really anxious about going to the dentist, so I was completely surprised by how good my visit was. In November, right after Diwali, I went in because I was experiencing awful pain from a broken tooth and was expecting the worst. However, the care and treatment I received were a pleasant surprise—far better than anything I had imagined.
After addressing the initial procedure to ease my pain, Dr. Ancy explained my treatment plan in detail, which included laser bacterial reduction, curettage, extraction, root canal treatment, and implants. She gave me plenty of time to decide what was best for me, which I really appreciated.
During the appointments, Dr. Deepika patiently walked me through each step, which made me feel much more at ease. She also took the time to explain the reasons behind every procedure, which was very important to me, and she patiently answered all my questions.
The entire team was incredibly kind, which made the whole experience so much better. Thanks a lot folks 🙂
